In 1995 I had an idea to hike the Entire Pacific Crest Trail from Mexico to Canada. As a preparation I hiked all the way from Hemavan to Kilpisjärvi in Finland, distancing over a 1,000 kilometres during 53 days. I followed my own way and no special trail… The upcoming PCT adventure didn’t work out since I got a knee injury and was forced to a surgery the year after.
